The Volvo V70 (P3) was introduced in 2007 and is represented here as model years 2008–2016. The Volvo XC70 shares the same technical platform but features increased ground clearance and a more rugged design. During this generation, the models were available with several engine options, including D3, D4 and D5 diesel engines as well as petrol engines such as 2.0T, T4, T5 and T6 depending on model year and market.
