Upgrade your roof rack with a complete, carefully selected lighting solution combining the OPTIBEAM Pure 730 30" LED light bar, ASK Design's purpose-built roof rack mounts, a wiring harness, and XBB Dongle & PowerUnit.

Designed to make installation easier, this package brings together the essential components for a clean, secure and integrated roof-mounted lighting setup.

Choose Your Roof Rack Mounts

ASK Design's own developed and manufactured mounting brackets are engineered to match the specific profile of your roof rack, providing a precise fit without drilling or modifying the roof rack.

Choose between three options:

• Thule WingBar Edge & Evo
• Volvo OEM WingBar & older Thule WingBars
• Turtle Air

Each mounting kit includes the brackets, mounting screws and washers.

The brackets feature an integrated cable recess for discreet wiring and a stable, vibration-resistant design.

OPTIBEAM Pure 730 – Powerful Lighting in a Slim Design

The included OPTIBEAM Pure 730 combines impressive lighting performance with a sleek, discreet appearance.

With a height of just 42 mm, it fits comfortably within the maximum 50 mm LED bar height supported by ASK Design's roof rack mounts.

Despite its slim profile, the Pure 730 delivers:

• 25,670 measured lumens
• 674 metres of range at 1 lux
• Wide beam pattern for visibility ahead and along the sides of the road
• 5000K colour temperature for natural, clear illumination
• White or amber position light
• 27 LEDs
• Dark, streamlined design

The result is powerful auxiliary lighting that complements the vehicle's appearance without unnecessary bulk.

Wiring Harness & XBB – Included

The package includes a wiring harness and an XBB Dongle & PowerUnit kit.

The XBB Dongle connects to the vehicle's OBD-II port and communicates wirelessly with the PowerUnit via Bluetooth. On compatible vehicles, this allows the auxiliary lighting to be controlled using vehicle signals without tapping into the original wiring.

Important: XBB compatibility varies between vehicle models. Always verify compatibility before ordering.
