• The customer is responsible for return shipping and proper packaging

Return Shipping – Cost & Responsibility

For returns or exchanges:

• The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping
• Refunds are issued after the product has been received and approved

In cases of claims or defective products, Askdesign will in most cases cover the shipping cost.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed products that have been opened
• Custom-made or specially manufactured products
• Fully performed services
• Perishable goods
