Lift Kit for Volvo V90/V90CC with Rear Air Suspension
Developed for Volvo V90 and V90 Cross Country models equipped with rear air suspension, this lift kit combines mechanical front lift spacers with adjustable rear air suspension links to provide increased ground clearance while maintaining factory comfort and functionality.
The kit is designed for drivers who want a more capable and rugged setup for winter roads, gravel roads, towing, or everyday driving — without permanent modifications to the vehicle.

For vehicles equipped with rear air suspension only.
Traditional rear lift spacers are not suitable for vehicles equipped with rear air suspension. This kit instead combines front lift spacers with adjustable rear ride height links that work together with the factory air suspension system.
The included adjustable rear links allow the rear suspension height to be fine-tuned while retaining factory suspension functionality and drive modes.
The included front lift spacers are engineered for precise fitment and provide approximately +20 mm front lift after installation, depending on vehicle specification and setup.
Manufactured in Sweden from high-quality water-jet cut aluminum for excellent durability and corrosion resistance.
The rear adjustable air suspension links replace the factory sensor links and allow rear ride height adjustment through the vehicle’s factory air suspension system.
